ABOUT THE BAKERY
As a mother of two children with celiac, I feel strongly that no child should feel deprived because he’s gluten-free. That’s why I set out on a mission to produce baked goods that are just as moist, fluffy and delicious as the best gluten cakes.
I love the shock on people’s faces when they find out it’s gluten-free!
